CHANGE A LIFE
Your contributions can change a life. Supporting the VCRC builds bridges to mend relationships, empower youth, and promote peace.
UNITED WAY DAY OF CARING
As part of our youth department, we engage youth, families and communities in service learning. To keep that service theme, we are working to clean around the community we live in by making United Way Day of Caring a Clean the Bay Day.  We're looking for volunteers to sign up with our center to help pick up trash and debris from the beach and show that we all care about where we live and that we want to make a difference.
FOCUS ON THE CHILD
Family conflict can be a trying ordeal. Learn how the VCRC's services can help with divorce, child support and child custody arrangements.

Resolving Conflict-Building Relationships-Empowering People

Conflict can come in many forms and for over 20 years, VCRC has helped individuals resolve conflict in a peaceful manner. Using various conflict resolution methods, including mediation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, team-building, group facilitation, restorative justice and conflict coaching, our staff of conflict resolution professionals and mediators have created positive change for the past 20 years!

At VCRC we help make organizations more succesful, inspire at-risk youth to change their paths, and replenish trust in communities and with families. We've worked with Fortune 500 companies, secondary schools, universities, military, and government agencies. VCRC has intervened anywhere conflict has impeded prosperity and growth.

The Virginia Conflict Resolution Center empowers people to resolve conflict effectively, on their own terms, by giving them the skills to succeed and by opening up positive channels of communication. Our services and training programs are available to any individual, community or organization that is looking for a peaceful remedy, a way to mend or build relationships, and personal empowerment.

Learn more about the conflict resolution services we provide, the training programs we lead, certifications we offer, and ways you can give and support our work!
